Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it. Contact us and we'll make it right.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
